"Tire purchase requires careful study. I found four sets of the company's tires with the exact size, same run-flat designation, same tread depth, same style but with four different prices. It was very difficult for a lay person to figure out the differences when they all looked so similar. The price difference was determined by the UTQG label. That took time to see since so many other details were given.
Since I wanted the tires shipped to a dealer, I had to call you to find out how to do that and the rep was very helpful.
I also wanted to order a set of tires for another car, but the price you listed was much higher than what the dealer asked. That was unusual -- so I did not buy them from you. Though I may have been seeing a set with a different UTQG than the ones I wanted.
I think I did get the right tires. And the price was good. The problems encountered did not make for a speedy or pleasant experience.

If you pay it off in 90 days you pay a the regular price with a small leasing fee and tax. if you make all 26 payments it will cost you a lot more! However, we were in a pinch and in desperate need for tires earlier than our budget usually accounts for. We generally buy tires after the first of the year and we rotate vehicles. Their site advertised 2-3 day shipping for us, but we usually don't pay a lot of attention to that because of where we live. Their advertised shipping time was SPOT ON! When they came in, we checked EVERYTHING! Size, condition, date, EVERYTHING! The date shows they were recently manufactured, what came in was EXACTLY what was ordered, and the tires look just as good as if we had bought them in person from a big, expensive, retailer! As I said, we were initially hesitant. Now, we will be buying from Tires Easy again! "
