"Installing the tires on a trailer. Couldn't get past selecting a dealer to install tires because I didn't select a make/model of vehicle. Note said I needed to select a installer, nothing about needing a make/model. After trying about 10 times I made up a vehicle and I was allowed to pay. I would think a business that's been around for a while would have this issue fixed.

The Bad: Customer service.
This was at least the 6th set of tires I’ve purchased here. First 5 were great experiences. This time one of the tires I received was the wrong size. I can look past an honest mistake by a person in a warehouse who is working hard shipping and receiving tires all day. I can’t look past the extremely poor communication from the Customer Service department.
I received two different responses to my initial email regarding the mistake, each describing different processes and timelines for obtaining the correct size tire. One set of emailed instructions, that was just a pre-scripted response by a bot, stated that when the return was received at the warehouse it would be inspected within 2-3 days and a determination made about a refund. The second email, that actually appeared to be from a person, stated that the replacement tire would be shipped when the return was scanned in by FedEx. Which is it? Am I going to have to get a refund and reorder or will they just send the replacement? Using the provided shipping label, I returned the tire via FedEx and got confirmation from the shipper that the tire was received by Tires Easy. After four days of zero communication and no responses to requests to clarify the conflicting instructions, I was notified the replacement was shipped. I now have the correct tire, 15 days after the order was placed.
During this time I learned that the customer service phone number on the website gets to no one, the online chatbot only regurgitates pre-scripted answers and also gets to no one, and the one Customer Service representative that initially responded to email has gone silent.
The Tires Easy website states, “If we haven’t delivered on our 5-star goal, please email us and we’ll work to make it right.” Well, I did email and was for the most part ignored, although I did eventually get the right tire. So, here is what would be needed to make it right and keep my business:
1) Clear and consistent communication about the process. This is not too much to expect. Just show me that you’re trying instead of hiding behind a communication firewall. This alone would have taken this review from 2 stars to 4. Not perfect, but perfect is overrated and I respect effort.
2) I would really appreciate an acknowledgement that your mistake caused some inconvenience. The conflicting email responses I got essentially listed what I had to do to fix your mistake. A truly meaningful gesture would be offering a partial rebate or a discount on a future purchase to demonstrate that you want to retain a repeat customer.
Within the next 3-5 days I’m planning to order another set of tires for a different vehicle. Based on this experience I will be purchasing from a different supplier. A better effort on the part of Tires Easy would have changed that.
