Spoke to them and they are going to send me a replacement. I was hesitant at first because the shipping charges would have been almost as much as another shaver, but they said at first that they would cover the shipping. Then they said that I didn't need to return the defective item and would ship another one out to me. I had contacted them four days ago and awaiting for the item, but so far I am very happy with Tmart so far."

"The item was shipped to me. It was a helicopter. I opened it charged the helicopter, put new batteries in the remote. When I try to fly it, the helicopter won't fly at all. It will just go round & round on the ground. When I contacted customer service, I was asked to upload the video so that the tech will know what to do. Then they asked me if I can take it to a repair shop. What company asks a customer to take a brand new item for repairs? In fact they should replace it with a new one.
Now they are saying they don't have any more in stock. Do they keep one piece per item?
