"I bought my refills for my Brother HL-3070CW color laser printer 2 years ago. I don't use it much, but they came with "starter" cartridges so I bought them after getting my printer (I like having spares on hand). Anyway, I've since recently replaced the black and yellow toner and each time, the printer recognized the refills and printouts were just as good as the original toner. I especially love the "no matter what" warranty which is backed up 100%. These guys are tops in customer service! Buy with confidence and refill instructions are clear and easy to follow."

The only thing I would have added was a mask for that first refill when I had to empty old toner but I'm probably a bit messier that most. If I hadn't found your company I probably would have junked my $400.00 laser and gone back to ink-jet. You guys are good for economy and environment! "

What a wonderful way to start a Saturday (yes, of course I work on Saturday...) reading your most gracious review of our products. Thank you for taking the time to let other people know your experience.
Your comment about the completeness of the tool kit really hits home with me. When we first started selling our ReChargX toner refill kits, I only included our "toner port" tool (fancy words to describe the modified soldering iron that makes the hole(s) in the appropriate location(s) on the cartridge.)
But, literally within a few weeks it occurred to me I was assuming that people would have all of the other tools they might need during the process nearby and even though I am a geek and do have those tools (many, many of them strewn around my office, house, garage, etc.), the likelihood they are going to be within arms reach when I need them is slim and none.
So, the complete ReChargX tool kit was born. I kept adding stuff to it (the little LED flashlight, the little flat-blade screwdriver and the last thing to be added to it, years ago, was the piece of paper to go on your desktop or work surface so you didn't even have to find a piece of newspaper!)
The tip I tell people about emptying any toner from the waste hopper of the cartridge to keep dust to a minimum is you can lower it down into your waste basket or garbage can and shake the toner out down there and the likelihood toner will plume up and out of the garbage can is basically nil.
(I do jokingly tell people that if you can make a kitchen look like a disaster area after merely making toast, maybe ask your mate or a friend (who thinks you are a messy person as my wife seems to think I am) to do that step for you.)
You will find that the next time you do it you will be far more likely to have a faster (and cleaner) experience because as with any process (whether baking a cake or refilling a toner cartridge), you get much better really rapidly.
The comment you make about the environment really hits home, too, as this is the way my company was started. Over 25 years ago someone asked me to "replace the toner cartridge" (what does that mean?) in a "laser printer" (what is that?) in the office I was working in.
When I pulled the giant black toner cartridge out of that laser printer (a state-of-the-art Hewlett Packard Laserjet Series II, 50lbs, 300dpi,8ppm and $1500!) and was told that entire thing was to thrown away, the geek in my just had to take it home and pull it apart (though my initial attempts to refill the cartridge weren't exactly "stellar" (to say the least), here we are, 26 years later, getting 5-star reviews from you and our other customers.
I am delighted that you are pleased and I seriously encourage you to contact us if we may ever be of service, to tell us about something we could have done better or that we just outright goofed (as the letter that was on the top of the products in your box stated, the only way we get better is if you let us know something needs improvement!)
