We make it our mission to be the best in the industry when it comes to customer service which is why we're jumping at the phones whenever someone calls in (it's like people fighting over who gets to answer!) Live Chat has been a real help over these many years with service, too. We love when our customers get in touch because it means we can be personal.

The instructions are one of our biggest accomplishments. In this industry, we don't see a lot of the competition coming out with detailed instructions as we have done (we've even had people try to directly copy ours, yikes); they take tons of time to put together but they're totally worth it in the long run.

And in terms of savings - we strive to bring the best prices (generally 50% - 70% off retail pricing). It's stunning to see how much big box retailers can get away with charging for printing supplies which is why we wanted to bring the savings to everyone.

"Attention to the smallest detail, very good value for the money. I was very impressed with the care to the detail, the kit included even a large paper to protect the furniture from toner overspilling! That is my third kit and recommend anyone to order from this supplier. "

Thank you for the great review. Though many of the gang here think I am "nuts" when I worry about something as small as an extra space between words in our instructions, a picture that isn't as good as it should be on our web site, etc., but I operate under the belief that "everything counts"!

The sheet of paper we include as the desktop protector is a perfect case in point... Though we have been including it for years (my thought was, "How many people have newspapers lying around, especially these days?"), recently, our supplier shipped us a pallet-load of a smaller size than we used to receive.

Of course, it still serves the purpose, just not as well as the larger size (which will return after we work through the ones we now have in house.)

Again, I truly appreciate your wonderful review, I thank you for taking the time to post it and on behalf of the team that made your favorable impression happen in the first place, thank you for being part of our customer family.

One last thing, if there is ever anything we do that you feel should have been done better, differently or something we should add, or a mistake we made, please let us know. As for a story, you'd be surprised. We certainly go the extra mile with each and every customer but, as you can expect, not everything goes out as planned but that's just being human, wouldn't you agree? Likewise, the moments when we miss the mark are excellent moments to learn about our business and practices.

We have our 100% guarantee to cover any and all problems (though we'd like to avoid having to see people go if/when something arises). However, these moments are very rare and far between. "We find Tonerfillkits to be very prompt. We got our refill the next day. They called when they put it in the mail. I also like the finger flashlight and the small pack of M & Ms in the package. They are on our first to call list for refills."

It's always a wonderful thing to hear that a shipment arrived so promptly and that you were able to get everything running in such a timely manner. Likewise, we love hearing such kind words about our products and company so ... thank you!

The flashlight was originally placed in the kits just in case the small plastic pieces formed during the hole making step inadvertently fell back into the cartridge but they've taken a life of their own and we've heard a ton of great stories about the different uses our customers have for them. Personally, they're immensely helpful when getting home at night and you can't see the keyhole when trying to get in the house.

As for the M&M's, that's our way of "sweetening the deal" when it comes to the refill process. Yeah, we know toner isn't exactly the most exciting topic in the world but we figure you may as well have fun while you're refilling, right?

Anyway, not to talk your ear off ...
