"Confused, ordered on 12/25 still hasn't shipped. Reply said 5-7 business days to ship where I thought it was 5-7 business days to be delivered."

"Ordered the Items that was in stock, payment was confirmed ok, and I recieved an email that my order was procecced and will be shipped soon. After a few days I got an email that my items (Festool) could not be sendt abroad. Still I was allowed to select my country in the payment process.
It is confusing to spend a lot of time and research to find good prices and good products, and be "thrown out" of the deal. However my payment was refunded soon after."

"8 days since order placed (12.19.2012), and still has not shipped (12.27.12). When contacted regarding the delay in shipping was told it could be an additional 5 days. Item was listed as "in stock" but that turned out to be inaccurate. Don't pick "economy shipping" if you need the item in any reasonable amount of time because their online inventory system is obviously not up to the task."
