But then got an email that the item I ordered is actually backordered for another month and if I wanted to I could either wait or get a refund. I asked for a refund and it's been a week and a half with no email that that was processed and still have not received my money back. I sent an email and got back a vague reply that didn't answer my question. At least they reply back to email quickly. "
