"Rude customer service guy and manager. Ordered two items. Sent to my home, no one was home to sign for them as I was at work. Called them to have the signature required dropped so fedex could just leave it my deck. The Custermer service guy was extremely rude as well as the manager about this. They told me that they will not do it and it was there shipping procedure. Well I read there shipping procedure on there site and no where does it say a signature is required anywhere on the site. Thank god my the FedEx guy called me and was nice enough to meet me on the road to get me my stuff.
I would not recommend this company unless you have nothing better to do then sit at home and wait on the FedEx man/girl.
And if you ever have to call them be prepared for some rude people on the phone. "
