"Would not accept Pay Pal. Said payment information was incomplete, I could not find anything that was incomplete and could not fix. Had to pay with credit card. This is unacceptable and should be fixed. I have been having a lot of trouble with the Tool-up web site since they overhauled it a few months ago. This is just another example. I most likely will not be using tool-up in the future."
