"I had inquired if there was a wiring kit to hook up the turn signals to the
new mirrors (Mirrors come with the ability for turn signals), because my
model of 2004 GMC Sierra 1500 SLE did not come with that feature.
One of your representatives informed me that there was a kit available
to allow for what I was looking for. I did not have time to find that kit
before installing the mirrors.
I just installed the mirrors, and I learned something; the
electrical clip under the hand rest includes plugins for "Blue", "Green",
and "Black" inserts. The new mirrors came with a black and a blue insert,
so I put them in the appropriate slots, and blamo! I have turn signals in the
new mirrors!
So the wiring is already there, if the correct mirror is installed (as I just did!)."

"After i seen the money was taken from my account but no shipping label was sent i decided to call and it took 8 calls for me to keep calling until i got someone on the phone to tell me that i looked like the item was out of stock but they never told me this prior nor even contacted me to let me know. So i asked for a refund and she said she sent the request. I used paypal and normally paypal will handle the issue fast so i will see. "Hubby ordered halo lights for my Jeep. We ordered in plenty of time for Christmas delivery. They took out the money on Dec 11. Dec 15, I get an email saying they no longer had my lights in stock would I accept a less expensive replacement at no extra cost. I emailed them back said, no, just refund my money. No response for 2 days. Got into a chat portal with someone in customer service on 17th. They had not had time to go thru emails. So I gave her the order number and told her to give me a refund. She informs me they will get around to it in about 3 working days. (21st) No Christmas for me. BAH HUMBUG! I am glad it wasn't for someone special.

"I really wish I would have read all the reviews first. I looked at several sites for tow mirrors for my 03 Silverado and these were the ones I liked the best, and going through their company, with all the specs for my truck, these were the ones I needed. I was a little taken back by the price $539.00. I called the company before calling them to ask some questions about shipping options and the girl that answered was fairly rude. 0 customer service appeal, had an attitude as though it was a full burden to talk to me on the phone. I asked if they offered any express shipping, her answer was " nope", I asked if there were any other shipping options, her answer "nope" ( On the site it says the offer faster shipping options to call and specify). I asked her if there were any military discounts for active, wounded, retired, her answer "nope".
At this point I chalked it up to her just being a young asshat in california.
I went back to the site and looked at some more mirrors and finally decided on the ones I wanted and ordered them. The site said Shipped in 2-7 days. It took 9 days to get from Cali to Virginia o_0
When I got the mirrors in, the package was heavily damaged, holes all the way through the cardboard and styro foam boxes scratching the mirror housings. There were no instructions anywhere to be found in either box. There were open ended wiring harnesses with no clue where they go, several sets of pigtails with no idea where they go either.
I tried their "LIVE CHAT" LMFAO what a joke. there is no-one to talk or chat with to remedy any situation. It says no-one is available to help, leave a message. they are open 8-5pm GMT so that's when I have been messaging, emailing, and calling. Not one single answered question, email or phone call. Guess I was lucky she answered the first time when I had questions before I ordered the mirrors.
Still waiting on answers why they were damaged, when they are going to replace them, where's the wiring/install diagram?
My recommendation- DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER RELATIONS. HORRIBLE SHIPPING."

"Poor quality auto parts, Broken when I received, promised to refund money and customer service has been non-responsive and did not receive a refund. I ordered LED Headlights and LED Tail Lights. I paid through PayPal and I submitted a claim through PayPal. Top Gear Auto Sports said that I needed to close my complaint through Paypal before getting a refund. I have since closed the case with PayPal and they have not responded since. They lied to me and they are a corrupt company."
"I ordered lights for my 2002 GMC. The seal on one of the lights was bad and began fogging up with the first rain. The chrome inside faded off within a month. Contacted the company and they asked for pictures. I sent them pictures and they promised a replacement. THAT WAS A LIE!! They never shipped anything out. It has been over three months of trying to get a replacement and they will not respond to any form of communication. I email asking for an update, nothing. I try calling their number on the website, no one is there to answer the phone. Do not buy from this company. "
"Ordered 4 lights for my 1992 318i from this company. Lights arrived in one box with two boxes inside. The two boxes inside were meant for one light each but their shipping department stuffed two in each box breaking the locking collars on 2 of the 4 lights. 1.5 months later they want me to ship the broken lights back for a refund but will charge a 25% restocking fee when they caused the damage. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. "
"I purchased a set of nerf bars for my 2020 Tacoma. Shipping was fast and everything arrived well packaged. That's about all that was positive and earned them one star.
When I unpackaged the bars, it became clear that these were not near the quality of the Predator Nerf Bars that Toyota puts on the Tacoma. The instructions were terrible and the front brackets they shipped did not match the brackets in the installation pictures. The front brackets are supposed to be about six inches long with to reach both mounting points. The bracket they shipped was only large enough to cover one mounting point.
I called during their normal business hours and went straight to a voicemail box. I left a message and never received a call back. I sent an email to their support email address and the next day was asked to send pictures of the brackets. I did send the pictures of the brackets they shipped as well as a picture of the bracket from the installation instructions that clearly spanned to both mount points. Support sent back a picture with a single bolt mount and told me to mount it that way. I argued that it would not be strong enough and they said it would be.
I mounted the bars as they instructed and they flex at least 1" when you step on the front step. Very, very weak and they refuse to do anything about it. Crap quality and even worse service."
"I am very satisfied with the look of it all, but the installation was a nightmare. Some parts didn’t work, some didn’t fit, had to splice wires and jerry rig fits. Overall not bad experience, after the tough and long installation, I’m happy to walk away from my truck and see a super nice and clean set of lights all the way around."
