"I've had an issue with TopGearAutoSport dot com since Nov 2019. They won't answer my inquiries. Except when I sent a generic question through their website and they asked how could they help. I answered with copies of multiple multiple emails to them. Crickets. Don't buy from them. So I have two MisMatched mirrors on my truck with the wrong connectors even though I ordered the correct ones (one mirror was broken off by a crazy hit and run; I ordered a replacement and was sent the wrong one)"

"The headlight kit I ordered was average quality. The parts are obviously from China. The worst part of the whole purchase is that though the light kit was stated to fit my vehicle which it does NOT without significant modification. The was not disclosed pre-purchase. There were also NO instructions.

The sales hotline goes directly to voicemail and the tech support hotline goes directly to voicemail. There is scant other contact information on the website.

Would probably not purchase from again. Not a total loss, but left me to figure out the entire installation on my own. I;ll just go direct to Ali myself next time.

"Ordered roof rack cross bars that indicated adjustability to fit one of two rear positions. The product was fixed to size and not adjustable. I reached out many times, left messages, etc...ZERO response. To fix the issue so I could use the product, I fabricated spacer units for correct fit, drilled alignment holes for mounting bolts, and found correct size metric bolts at Home Depot. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! So, congratulations top gear, you may have received one order from me, but you lost my repeat business. "
