"Very hard to get ahold of anybody my tail lights would not fit inside my bed finally when someone got a hold of me they told me the only thing I can do is modify them to fit because it's a dually well if that's the case why sell them for that year and not put it on there if it's a dually they have to be modified I paid 400 bucks for headlights and taillights and I think it's bull crap that they sell Mass amounts of these and they have to be modified. Why would anybody pay that kind of money for stuff to have to be modified on their truck you think that if you pay good money for a good product it'll fit if you pay a cheap price I understand modifying it"

"Purchased headlights in Oct 6 2018, received Oct 13th, contacted customer support on the 14th of Oct to request warranty on 1 light. They blamed wiring, light bulbs installation. The issue was with led that are internal in the housing, they do not have installed bulbs. I sent in pictures with a description of the issue, after they review the photos and 2 more emails from me they agreed to replace the light. I never received the replacement !!!. Contacted customer support again an there response was that my lights were past the warranty period. I explained the situation and the emails that were during there very short warranty period, they agreed to check with shipping and reship a replacement. I never received the replacement again !!! To this date I never received a replacement for the defective products purchased from TopGearAutosport. Do not purchase from them they do not stand behind there products"

"Ordered taillights. When I hooked them up they were extremely bright. When pushing on the brake they barely got brighter. Contacted the company and they told me I hooked them up wrong. Tried every different combination to hook these up with same result. When driving at night every warning light in my dash came on and a warning saying pull over immediately flashed. The person I spoke to said their technician said I blew a fuse. No fuses were blown in my truck. Said they would allow me to return them but I would have to pay shipping. Said to contact them when I hook them up again and they would assist me to make sure they are hooked up properly. Emailed them and no response. DO NOT SO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! "

"I ordered running boards and when I unpackaged them they were damaged (dented) with no damage to packaging. I called to let them know was to receive a email with there decision to replace. I have not heard back. Before the girl hung up some joker in background says a derogatory remark. Will never do business with them and definitely do not recommend them."
