"These guys are the best. I got some Nerf Bars for my Tundra Truck. I was too stupid to get them on right and so brought the bars and my truck to their store. The guys put the bars on for me and made sure everything was right.

"After installing my tail lights, I saw some fine cracks barely visible. I contacted customer service, they asked for pics, and sent a replacement ehen they saw them. They included a label to return defective product. Customer Service is very responsive. The custom taillights give my truck a great custom look."
"I was looking for towing mirrors that would extend out further than my stock Dodge Ram mirrors. I called and explained my mirrors flip upward for towing, but did not extend out. She found the mirrors for my make and model and assured me they flip up for towing, as well as extended out further. We paid to receive them in 2 days and come to find out they are the exact stock mirrors already on my truck and they DON’T extend out!! I called to explain and see if they would at least send me a label for shipping. The lady on the phone said she believed it was her supervisor who misinformed me about the part and she would have to see if they would be willing to send me a label. Well, we get the luxury of paying to ship them back and a possible 25% restocking fee. Out $100 and maybe more due to a restocking fee! Don’t trust the customer service rep has any knowledge of the products sold on their website. I will never do business with this company again!"

"Ordered a step-up piece for our 2002 Chevy Avalanche Z71 and they ended up being the wrong length and width, basically they won't fit. We attempted to return them and it was going to cost half of what we paid for it to ship it back to the company when they only charged us $36 to ship it to our house and even then there is zero guarantee that they would refund the money and unless the item is already "broke" when we receive it, they won't cover the shipping charge. They never have any live humans there to answer your calls and they never get back to you when they said they would. Never will purchase from them again and surely we won't recommend them to anybody. Been trying to get ahold of them for over a month."

"I sent in a purchase last night about 10pm. Showed the charge pending on my account last night. This morning I get an email saying my card declined due to cvv number wrong. They asked that I send the expiration date and cvv number back to them and I did. No response to the email but a few hours later I get a text the card declined for bad cvv number. I call the number on the email. The voice recording was all choppy but I press 2 and it says the line is not set up. Call the 2nd number on the text, number says again the vm is not set up on that line either.
I wait a few hours, call the number from the email again to get this cleared up. I finally get an answer and I have not clue the language the guy was speaking. Not English or any other language I could have worked through. I canceled my card. Been a whole day, still no answer to email or text. And to add to it. My stuff was $0 cheaper on Ebay with free shipping."

"I ordered a pair of towing mirrors for my 2011 chevy 1500 and let me say... they look amazing! The mirrors looked like they were factory and seemed to be packaged with care in mind. I do think that $33.04 for shipping is quite ridiculous though. Needless to say I am stoked and would definitely buy again."
