"When I originally put in my order, and received my headlights. I was sent the wrong ones. I sent a message online of what I ordered vs what I received. And then all of a sudden they call me to inform that they were sorry for the mistake and that they are out of stock of the ones I ordered and so I decided that I will keep the ones they sent. Once I installed the ones they sent they didn't work properly so I informed them of this and they immediatly sent me out another pair just in time before a car show that was happening the following week. "I got overcharged for shipping on a third brake light for my truck. Got "quoted," was the cheapest option to ship this product, $27.49 for UPS ground. This package arrived in a 14 x 2 x 2 box and weighed 1 lb through USPS 3 day select. I knew that shipping wouldn't cost that much for a product that small. I did a shipping estimate through USPS from their zip to mine with the box dimensions and weight, and it cost $7.17! They profited $20 on shipping and when I called and asked for an explanation, their customer service rep was stumbling over their words and not able to figure out why the package was quoted coming UPS and arrived USPS. There is a reason why you cannot leave a review on their website and customer service is hard to reach even though I have left multiple messages and only when I called was I even able to talk to someone. The product arrived without any protection around the product, haven't tried to install it yet but if it doesn't work I am afraid I am out my money as they don't seem that they are legit enough to actually return my money."
"I received my shipment damaged with a lower broken glass . I was not home when the package arrived. I set a text with pictures and said the part would ship out the next day with tracking information. I have not received that yet and it been three days . I had the mirrors installed by professionals who do this everyday and was told that drivers side backup light has a short and could not be hooked what a waist of money . "

"Jessie went over and above helping me resolve an issue on a bad halo light. It was too cold to bother with it here in Chicago so I just waited for the weather to break before I tested the wiring. Turns out that put me a few weeks beyond the 90 day warranty. (I figured it was a one year..) First I was put in contact with the service dept to try and resolve as the manufacturer turned down the warranty. After that didn’t help any, they still sent me a replacement! I’m not used to service like this anymore and I truly appreciated it. Thanks again Jessie for seeing this through!!!"

"I was trying to buy a gift for my husband for Father's Day. I placed my order and not even a half hour later I have a text message wanting to confirm the size of the truck bed. Not wanting my husband to know what I was up to I answered the text saying it was standard size. Long story short, I was wrong, he has a short bed. I text back and ask if it's too late. The order is corrected without any issues. By far some of the best customer service I have ever had!"

"I bought a grille for my sons truck and the box was slightly damage but not where the grill was broken, it took us roughly two weeks to get together to put the grill on the vehicle as we took it out of the box we notice a crack, I proceeded to take pictures of the grille off the vehicle and then again on the vehicle as we needed something as we removed the other prior, in my first explanation to them they proceeded to tell me it was UPS fault and challenge me why it took so long to install, and the second note back they still told me it took to long and since you installed it they cant warrant it, after several (many) (lots) more of these types of replies they said the manufacturer would replace the grille but I still need to pay the 70 dollars shipping. This might be the worst customer service I have ever seen/dealt with or heard of. If I didn't have to pick a star to start to write this review I wouldn't haven't given them anything. The worst customer experience I have ever seen, do not buy from them ever and tell your friends, my bad for not looking at the horrible reviews first. "
