They then claimed my account looked suspicious and I am out money and no watch. A Disgrace of a service they stopped answering my emails and i will NOT be using them again. I purchased a Casio Pathfinder watch from this company. This watch would have cost me twice as much if I wanted to buy it in Australia. The watch came as promised, New with tags.
The delivery took some time (about 3 weeks from New york to Sidney Australia) but I can't complain because I chose the cheapest shipping they offered.
All and all, I'm happy with my purchase.

"After reading the 'bad news' reviews, I was slightly nervous so emailed the company to find out how long it would be before my watch arrived. My email enquiry was answered quite quickly and courteously and my beautiful Skagen watch arrived about an hour later so that's only 2 weeks for delivery and that's ok(I live in Australia). It was in a Skagen box with instruction booklet so I have no complaint - just praise.

On 11 december I ordered a watch and it would be delivered within 6-10 days. I live in Holland, so they said that it could take a few more days. On januari the 3rd I stil did'nt receive the watch. So I mailed PayPal. They told me that now this was a "letigation" and I could upgrade mij "letigation" to a "claim" within 20 days. After that, (a total of 45 days) it's not possible to make a claim on the insurance. So you'll loose your money. Top One knows this.. Top One told me that the only thing they could do, is to wait 45 days and after that I would get money form the insurance. PayPal told me NOT to wait that long, because then they could not investigate my complaint. On the site of Top One International you will NOT find anything about a 45-day procedure/clausule or whatever.. So they know about the 45-day procedure of PayPal.
On the 10th of january I upgraded my letigation to a claim. And yesterday PayPal mailed me, that the investigation of my complaint was closed and they decided to pay me back my money.
DON'T BUY FROM TOP ONE INTERNATIONAL!!!"

They Will Answer You: 45 Days after the package is Shipped! We did not make that UP to cheat you out of your money! All packages shipped by Top One international is insured against loss or damages. If the insurance company has investigated and reached the decision that the package was received, then they will not honor your claim.
We ship thousands of international packages with no problems. Packages do get lost from time to time and the insurance always covers.”
"Bad customer service and poor quality merchandise. I bought a Skagen watch and the crystal broke and fell out the first time I wore it -- apparently from normal temperature change (i.e. going from outside into air conditioning). I called Top One International the next day and was told to send a picture of the defective product. After I did, they said I had to deal directly with Skagen. They refused to refund or replace the watch. With luck, Skagen will send me a new, equally poor quality watch. Either way I would have been better off going to Macy's or an online retailer with a reasonable return policy."
“I'm very sorry for your problem. All of our watches come with manufacturer warranty, however when you physically Break the watch, that is not covered under any kind of warranty. If Skagen was kind enough to replace the watch anyway, I fail to see why we deserve this negative review.”

If the exchange rate went up or down within that few days, I'm sure you understand we had no control over that. If as a result of the exchange rate you would have received more money back, should we have called you a fraud?
Please tell us how much was the difference and we will cover that amount.”
