"My experience with the business transaction itself was fine, but there was little or no care in the shipping. My items was scuffed and scratched and very difficult to assemble. I wish this could have been remedied more in the planning of shipping and listing about assembly than it was."

"Shipping was fast and my table came in great shape. I was worried because of some terrible reviews and their refund policy isn't the best but I took a chance on a somewhat cheaper table. This table was twice the price literally everywhere so I decided to take a leap and super happy I did! Don't know if I'll risk it with something more expensive but yeah. "
"I ordered bunk beds which shipped in 7 boxes. All 7 were damaged upon arrival, 3 of which were open with parts falling out and 1 with visible damage to the furniture itself. We refused the delivery. Upon reaching out to Totally Furniture we were told by our claim representative Christine that “the best and quickest resolution is to have this shipment redelivered and you accept the delivery and just indicate “box is damaged” on the delivery ticket and we will gladly order replacement boxes for anything that is damaged. From what we can see at this point only one part for the footboard/headboard has damage to it.”
Really?! I’m supposed to just accept 7 damaged boxes and hope it’s only the 1 piece that’s broken? And that no pieces have been lost from the 3 open boxes?! Absolutely not.
I told them I wanted a full refund. They refunded the cost of the furniture but not the $160 shipping cost. Again I was on the phone with Christine who was incredibly rude. She kept repeating that she had advised that I accept the delivery. When I told her I was dissatisfied she just kept talking over me. Finally I had to say her name 4 times to get her to stop talking. At this point I told her that if she was not refunding the shipping cost then the conversation did not need to continue and hung up.

"I ordered end tables and they match my coffee table I got at Lowes perfectly! I ordered these tables on a Thursday and they were delivered on that Sunday! That was crazy fast and they are great quality tables!!! "

"I ordered a living room set On Jan Jan 7, 2021. On Jan 22,23 I received it all damaged. I haven’t gotten my money back till now. They are so laid back to pick up their damaged furniture and finally when they scheduled a pick up on Feb 9, 2021, The company refused to pick the furniture up as it’s not packed and heavyweight. Refused to refund my money until they pick up the furniture and send it back to the manufacturer in CA to inspect. Although I provided them with all the picture of the damaged items once received. I feel it’s fraud. They are so laid back to solve the problem and causing me to call almost everyday. I don’t recommend them. What’s weird that they ask you to write product is damaged once you received . The set didn’t come in boxes but wrapped with bags:( . "

After contacting info desk they approved it and told me to ship it back at my own cost and that they will keep the 10% restocking fee. I returned the items in the exact same condition that I received, in the same shipping box and they kept 25% of the total. If you are not sure that you will absolutely love the item do not purchase it!"

"Ottey Desk in White High Gloss & Gold - Acme Furniture
This desk is white as pictured, with ROSE GOLD legs. The color is very different from what is pictured. The legs do not even match the gold screws they come with—as the screws are gold like the legs should have been.
I tried to return the desk, and emailed back and forth for a full month before I decided to spray paint the legs. They will not be as shiny or mirror-like as they would have been if they were really gold.
I will not purchase from here again. "
"Ordered Cream Barstools. Yellow ones arrived. Tried to ship the product back and was told that they would charge us for the shipping and an additional 25% restocking fee. Well this adds up to more than the actual cost of the stools themselves.
The four stools cost over $900. Shipping the four stools back was going to cost over $800 + the restocking fee, well guess what we would be losing money on this deal.
From Customer Service:
Unfortunately, the manufacturer informed us the picture we have on our site is fairly accurate. When purchasing furniture online, there are many factors that can cause the item to not look exactly as pictured. Lighting is a major factor. We can issue a $50 courtesy credit, but unfortunately the manufacturer is indicating the item was represented accurately.
"Fairly accurate" is a way to say yeah we agree we mislead you on the color but we are not giving you your money back!
Garbage company with zero ethics! Better companies out there with way better return policies. "
