"i personally returned a dresser, in the original box as shipped, to their warehouse in LA. i took a picture of it when i dropped it off right at their loading dock. i returned it because the laminate was peeling on the dresser right when i took it out to assemble it. i put the items back in the original box as shipped.
They are now denying that i returned it even though i sent them a picture of the item sitting on their loading dock. so they have the item but are refusing the refund because i didn't ship it back via FEDEX or UPS....and instead returned it myself.

"I placed a order in June that I did not receive by September and was suppose to be shipped out in August so I decided to call and see where my order was when I was told my order was canceled and I ask what and they stated they did not get an email back to confirm my order. I looked through my email and it is there so I stated I did confirm it. Their response is I’m sorry we can place a new order and I’m like okay, I place a new order and wait on the phone until they received the confirmation email and I realized they put the wrong last name on the shipping and I told her and she said it’s ok as long as the address is right and I’m like do you want to change it in your system and she says it’s not going to effect anything, like how lazy are you! Then I ask to speak with a manager to see about getting free shipping or percent off and she stated she wanted me to forward her the email where I confirmed the order back in June so I agreed and she statuses she would get back to me. I have revived two emails stating what is wing with this order and this is the order that was cancel d mind you, and another email that stated if you would like to reorder we are sorry your order got canceled, I have already placed a new order and I am just forwarding an email the manager asked for so I can get compensation for the error. Do these people even know what is going on? I call in and express my concerns and the lady tells me your new order should ship out in October and we will send an email stating it was sent. My response is ok but I know that already from when I talked to you last time I am calling because I forwarded An email to your manager and have not got a response. Customer service is terrible. Honestly the product is poor quality broken within a year and no warranty. Save yourself the time and shop elsewhere. "
"The shipping to a while to ship, however once the chairs got here they were very nice and sturdy. I will say though be prepared to spend hours assembling the chairs as you could only screw in the screws with the Allen key 1/4 of the way and repeat several times to just screw in one screw. For that reason I took away a star. I wish whomever made these chairs you could turn the Allen key all the way screwing in the screws alot faster. Other then that I love my chairs. I have had them for a couple weeks now and so far so good. Of anything changes I can update. "

"Mom moved to a new apartment and her CD rack didn't match the rest of the furniture she brought along. She asked for a new one so we looked everywhere for a nice unit in medium brown with doors and glass. The SEI Furniture unit was the one we kept coming back to, and Totally Furniture had the best prices (better, even, than WayFair and Amazon, by far). I called and they were happy to coordinate delivery with the dates I was going to visit and everything worked out beautifully. I was impressed by the quality of the connection parts and Mom thought it matched perfectly with her other furnishings. "
"The furniture piece is great quality for the price. I few imperfection but very small and completely livable. Takes about three hours to install with one person who is handy. Went together as directed and the instructions are able to be followed. Two people makes this so much easier as you have to assemble two pieces that attached to two legs. Great product and support to install. Definitely recommend!"
