Okay, so maybe I got a bad unit, but then they just pushed me off to the MFG., Grenco, who wanted to charge me for the return shipping to which I felt I had to agree, since it's "it our policy not issue return labels." So, now, I'm back to medicating with my Airizer while I have to wait for the seller and manufacturer to accommodate me and my return. Plus all the wasted resin I have to clean out before having to return the device, as Grenco wants all the items back as stated in their "terms and conditions," This is a great unit otherwise, but buy direct from grenco science, or some other reputable seller, who is not so high on themselves to see that others are suffering at their hands."

“The customer was able to take advantage of our 420 sale and after doing so repeatedly asked for a greater discount despite being explained that no additional discounts were applicable to the already bottom dollar discount. Customer kept calling in and emailing threatening to call his credit card company if the coupon (which was not applicable and was not available for use) was not honored.
Fast forward 2 days , customer gets his device , claims it is not working. We sent him a return label and contacted Grenco about a DOA arrival. Between Grenco and our team we were able to diagnose that the item was in fact working without issue.
While we go above and beyond to take care of our customers , this customer proved that the customer is not always right and we have made the decision to refuse service to this customer in the future.
