"The over all process was easy. I wasn't sure what the exact part was and contacted them through email. I received a response quickly of what part I needed. Purchase process was easy. I haven't received the part yet, but the picture does not show the wiring, but looking the part number up on another web site did, so I assume there will be the necessary wiring attached."
"Took almost 3 weeks for a response only heard from the RMA department when I called. They also sent the wrong shipping label and it was a good thing I was flying to the US, carried the part with me from Guam and had to drop it at the nearest FedEx. Then they sent an email confirming that the part would be replaced but processed a refund without any notification. I will never recommend this company to anyone!"
"Very poor customer service when it comes to refunds. Rma department that's the return department. I called for a part ordered it and it was the part. When returning it back the way it was sent to me
Toyotaparts are still giving me the run around . The part I sent back on the 30th of October and today is November 7th and still no email from them about they received the part or when I will get my refund .Only with me keep calling them repeatedly .I have talked to so many different people at Toyota parts. Then on 11-6-19 I asked to speak to a manger. So I spoke to someone by the name of Daisy she stated that she was calling for approval for the refund. Also she said she would but in for the refund in On 11-7-19 . On the website it says you would be refunded 2-5 days. Im still waiting for a email from them about my return. So remember consumer always go by what's in writing never what someone say. Very poor service. Quick to take your money but slow to refund when need be. "

"Made an order. It was shipped and received but one item was missing.
I called to report the problem. I explained that as I’m a tourist I would not stay at the same address as specified in the original order and that I would check out (of the hotel) and fly out of the country.
I asked to expedite things. It was explained to me that the RMA process cannot be expedited (it’s dictated by some sort of a superior being and not by regular people...). This is after talking and chatting with two reps.
I then (the next day, sooner than they had committed to) received a message telling me that the missing piece would be mailed to me.
I’ve just received another email thanking me for choosing the STANDARD shipment (nobody told me that there was an expediting option) and that the package is due after I’m gone....
I did tell them at the time that that was exactly what would happen. Now they’ll pay for the returned package and I will have to chase them for a credit and would end up with the missing part....
