"I ordered a transmission oil pan which had a dipstick tube attached to it. When it arrived, the tube was sticking up out of the shipping box, exposed. It's a fragile connection to the pan and this could very well have damaged it in shipping. Also, it was scratched so bad I had to hit it with touch-up paint to prevent future rust. Whoever packed this item for shipping did a lousy job. This part was not cheap and there was no concern for getting the item to me in good shape. "

"I have just got an email that told me that I was not able to get my money back, even when I went in online and was
told that my part would fit my Avalon 2007 before I bought the item. They will not honor my request. I have to have one made to fit my car,but they are SO Nice they will send the part back at my expense so I can store it.
I would be very careful to deal with this company what they say and what they do is total opposites"

"The part ordered was sent in an open box that had the wrong part. I requested an RMA so I could return the wrong part and have them send the correct part. After calling and receiving various e-mails, they shipped the replacement which was then lost. The USPS/FedEx told me that it was not in the correct shipping container and lost. I gave the case number to Toyota Parts Deal. Eventually, they sent an e-mail saying they'd refund the money. 9 days later...nothing had to call again and was told it could be 7 to 30 days. Check with them on November 4."
