"Ordered a part on Monday, May 15, 2023. Heard ZERO from them. Emailed them on Wednesday-NO RESPONSE. Finally called them on THURSDAY and the person who answered, said,"Oh yea, wait, we haven't even got to our online orders yet. I'll see if I can get it moving." Suddenly, I get 3-4 emails, explaining it takes days to process an order, and if additional shipping fees are needed above their outrageous shipping fees of $12.58.(I ordered a small part, btw). I called on Friday and spoke to Chris who was like uhhh duuhh sorry about that, we are understaffed and nobody is handling the online orders. Then he went on to ADMIT THEY DID NOT HAVE THIS PART but would get it and ship it out sometime next week. I have since canceled the order. It's a part of my fuel system that I could not find locally. However, at a much higher price, I did get one at O'Reilly's.
In conclusion- DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are just over there spinning and not really on their game. I cannot express how angry at this whole fiasco I am."
