"Bought a used Toyota two weeks ago and upon inspection at home I found that 3 of the spare tire/jack tool segments were missing. A broad internet search only revealed cheap replacement handle kits that couldn't guarantee compatibility with the spare tire access. Toyota Parts Superstore not only had the compatible parts, but they are the exact same components that were supposed to be in the original kit and otherwise impossible to find without buying used with the companion jack (which I don't need) off eBay for much more or hoping that I could find them at a junk yard. I just received the parts today and am extremely happy to have a complete and OEM correct set."
"Gave them the VIN, was wrong part number, they needed an additional $70 for the correct number, paid the extra price and waited one month for delivery. Just a terrible experience. Not sure what happened if the ordered the part from Japan or if UPS lost the package. I wish I would have gone to the local dealer for this part…"

I could have bought the seat belts locally and they would be available for pick up today for a little less money. Needless to say I canceled my order."

"AFTER PLACING THE ORDER I NOTICE I HAD ORDER THE WRONG PRAT, I HAD EMAIL THEM TO CANCLE THE ORDER AN HOUR AFTER PLACING THE ORDER. THE ORDER WAS NOT CANCLED AND THEY STILL SHIP OUT THE ORDER AFTER I HAD EMAILED THEM TO CANCLE IT. NOT ONLY DID THEY SHIP OUT THE ORDER BUT IT TOOK THEM 2 WEEKS TO SHIP IT OUT AND NOW I HAVE SEND BACK THE PARTS. I WONT BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN."
