"Toyota of Gladstone advertised a price for steps for my 2021 Tacoma that seemed reasonable to begin with AND offered them for an additional 25% off for Christmas. I visited my local dealer and asked if they could match the price (it's a long drive for me to Gladstone), but they couldn't. So, Gladstone.
The parts look correct and arrived in good condition, so I'm happy. Just waiting for a dry day to install them."

"I ordered a battery for my vehicle and when I got a ride across town to pick it up, they had closed early, stranding me without my necessary part. If you're open until 6pm, don't be closed when customers show up at 5:45pm. Or at least let folks know that you're not going to be open during your posted hours. Shame on this business."

"I stood in line at the parts counter for over 10 minutes without anyone if front of me. Multiple employees walked by and didn’t greet me. When I did get someone to help I felt like I was getting talked down to because I ordered 2 containers of Toyota antifreeze over 24 hrs prior and I hadn’t received an email stating my order was ready. I get waiting for parts or something you don’t stock a lot of. But why would I be told “they were doing me a favor” and “it won’t happen again” that they’ll be able to help me without a confirmation email. It’s 2 things of antifreeze. If I would have walked in without ordering it online I would have got it quicker without the lecture. Very poor experience."
"I have reached 20,000 mile service with Toyota Care. I received an email from Toyota that I am allowed replacement of transfer case oil, rear differential oil, engine air filter, brake fluids, and inspection. I did not get any of those or even tire rotation. I just received oil change. To top all this suspicion of anything done to my car, my "Maintenance Required" light is still on! I am not sure if Toyota of Gladstone is aware or thorough with their work. I even have an email from Toyota that the services under the ToyotaCare that I mentioned above was included."

"My overall experience with the online parts ordering system was great! Plus, it helps to have the VIN and know what your doing (speaking from past fixed-ops work experience...) when navigating some sort of parts cataloging system... The communication/shipping information that I had gotten from the Parts Dept. at Toyota of Gladstone was pretty straightforward. My only complaint (which doesn't affect my overall star rating since I know how the dealer world works...) would be that any 0 O.H. (On Hand) / NS (Non-Stocked) part(s) that were shipped from "Toyota Direct" (which I am "assuming" is from one of the PDC's (Parts Distribution Centers)) lacked communication/shipping information to me the customer... This led me to contacting the dealer to inquire on the rest of the MIA parts after receiving my "1st" package (that I did have shipping information on) and a few hours later led me to contacting the dealer the same day again to let them know I received the rest of my order in a "2nd" package (that I had no shipping information on)... Besides this "hiccup" my overall experience with the online parts ordering system was Great for this order!"
"I ordered a nearly $200 accessory for my car, model years run ‘13-‘18 so not ancient. Days later I get a refund notice and the order was cancelled stating “out of stock”! Yet it shows listed on the site…even weeks later now…even though I called in and confirmed it’s not available anywhere in the country. Misleading waste of my time due to lazy website upkeep. If they are lazy with that then I worry where else laziness may show up in the quality of my vehicle or any service I may receive in the future. Get it together for the sake of your customers please."
