"My order took extra long due to the Canada post strike and unfortunately fed ex was only taking a minimum about of orders per day. My only issue was I wished they could of had a system in place to have a response to any questions as to what is happening with the orders. It is not tpd fault for the delivery delays but to have a human to talk with would be a huge calming feature when spending large amounts of money.
But all the parts were correct as usual.
Will most certainly recommend and use this service again. "

Finally on Nov 18, Seven (7) days after purchasing date the package was picked up by Fedex or dropped off to Fedex location, with now estimated delivery on Nov 21st by the end of the day. (I really doubt)
I know it will be hundreds of reasons for this: the busy Christmas time or Canada Post strike or blaming another side etc.
Anyway, bad accuracy of Fedex is very well known, but I don't understand that Toyota parts have package in the possession for days and not doing anything?
