"We purchased our new Toyota Sienna CE in 1999 from Silverwood Toyota, and we had it serviced at Toyota for all these years. This year it needed a new suspension link, which was installed by the reliable Toyota Service Department. Unfortunately, the front right door handle was broken off by the technician. In a 26-year-old vehicle, this may be wear-and-tear, although this never happened to us. I will try to install it now with the help of a YouTube video tutorial. Thank you Toyotapartsdirect, your delivered part looks like the original door handle! "
"très facile l'achat de pièce et la livraison 3 a 4 jours ouvrables."
"Saved money and quick shipping "
"Fast response to question and good price"
"Ordered antenna and nut for my Gen 2 Tacoma. Should have ordered the bezel too, I discovered it later, was corroded on. The bezel by itself to order was the same price in the end as my local Toyota dealer supplying it, since there was no shipping fee.
Good service from Toyotaparts.ca.
Thanks"
"Thanks for the honest business dealings…. Be Well"
"Still waiting on the shipping notification, and no communication on the order or expected delivery. "
"easy to place order and fast shipment"
"Time parts came fast and look great

"Helped me find the right part for a 12 year old toyota, and shipped it quickly, at a very reasonable rate."
"Parts arrived locked ( heat knobs) . Contacted parts direct.ca and they didn’t know what was wrong other to mention that the parts are genuine toyota"
"I placed my order, paid with Visa, and stated that the billing address is in Vancouver , BC, while the shipping address is in Penticton, BC, to which I received a reply that due to the difference in shipping and billing address, they cannot ship. This, of course, is stupid, as I am living for 6 summer months in Vancouver and 6 winter months in Mexico, where our house has no mailing address. Therefore, we order stuff in Canada and then a friend or family member, in this case Mr. Duncan Hamilton, my nephew, will bring the stuff. As he is leaving on the 22nd, you got tomorrow to get the stuff to him in Penticton..."
"I was looking for a part number for a 2017 Toyota Sienna, and had placed an order for the left side mirror cover.
An agent from Toyota sent me an email to confirm I wanted that part and suggested I was ordering the wrong part.
I clarified with her 2 times for the part I was looking for and distinctly asked for a drivers side mirror cover. She went ahead and updated the order to reflect the part number she claimed was the correct one.
A few days later when the order arrived I received the correct part however for the passenger side.
The Customer Service team is being extremely difficult about the error despite my having email evidence that they changed my part number to the wrong one.
Depending on the outcome I am skeptical to suggest order from them."
"Told me that the part would be delayed for 2-weeks, after I paid for it. Bush league experience. Should've said something at the time of order. not after!!"
"Did not recieve package. What should i do?"
