"I ordered multiple parts in my last order #16098255, some parts that arrived belong to a vehicle different than mine and I had given them and verified my VIN via email with them prior to ordering.
Some parts that arrived don't seem to be OEM parts since they don't have any original labels (I requested proof of authenticity and they stopped answering my emails).
Some parts I ordered and paid for didn't arrive.
I have sent them multiple emails, voice messages and chat requests through their website for over 1 weeks. They keep ignoring them.
Items were shipped in Dole cardboard boxes. Not well protected
My last resort is to do a credit card charge back, report them to Better Business Bureau and put a complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario"

The pricing is very competitive--I saved several hundreds of dollars over the local Toyota and other parts reseller costs.
The email communications and ability to track orders was excellent.
The parts, when they finally arrived, were undamaged and well packaged.
My only complaint is that the parts took 6 weeks to deliver. This is likely a Toyota problem, as no other supplier had stock on the parts either, and also quoted me equally long delivery times.
Sadly, I had to limp my poor car along leaking coolant everywhere for a month and a half before the required parts were in hand for a repair job.
Perhaps "ToyotaPartsDirect" could pass the feedback up the supply chain and help Toyota do a better job of manufacturing enough spare parts to be able to service their vehicles.
I changed the 4 star rating to 5 starts because you can't really blame the reseller if there are no parts existing in the parts universe.

This year it needed a new suspension link, which was installed by the reliable Toyota Service Department. Unfortunately, the front right door handle was broken off by the technician. In a 26-year-old vehicle, this may be wear-and-tear, although this never happened to us. I will try to install it now with the help of a YouTube video tutorial.
