No email confirmation, no invoice.
Called, emailed, called, messaged online. Finally got a response (days later) saying that TPD was waiting for MY confirmation to order. Only some of their emails came through (no, not to junk). Why do I need to send another confirmation after committing to purchase online? No other auto parts site I use does that, and I use them a lot for my line of work. Dislike wholeheartedly that I can't speak to a human who can fix this situation the day of. This situation ticks all the areas of concern."

"I ordered rear rotors for my daughter’s 2020 Toyota se for $277.92 on October 29 and was advised that they were the wrong ones for her vin number. The site wouldn’t allow me to input my vin. They said that the rotors were non cancellable. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone on the phone or have anyone return my call but I did have some success with the text section and I was able to stop the delivery. I decided to also order pads and a shim kit as well as the correct rotors. I was given a list of the items but I wasn’t sure if the pad set was for two or four so I asked for clarification but as of now I haven’t heard anything back yet. I have to get the brakes fixed because they are very noisy. I don’t know how long it takes for you guys to answer a simple question regarding pad quantity. I might add that I have not received any credit for my purchase yet."
