They could have maybe put this on the website as a disclaimer or before checkout, before I went and confirmed all the parts, got my VIN and processed the payment.

"Some of the part # s don't have a price. The chat option never has a answer and has to have someone to get back to you later. Ordered only the parts that listed the prices and then went to dealer for ones not listed (bolts for the parts I bought). When clicking to show status of order it keeps showing that they have been shipped but can't track them to where or how long it will be, and of course chat lady shows up with no answers. Call the number listed , leave a message (surprise no one answers) leave message and no response. Great my truck sits in garage with no idea when parts are coming, I guess will be borrowing the kids truck for a while as I wait for no response from them. If I had just gone to the dealer ,I would have been done. Not worth the small savings ! "

"With the postage strike, I guess they decided it wasn’t worth their time to arrange alternative freight, unless your order was over $250. So, I go to check tracking a few days later and see it’s cancelled and that’s their reason. Not exactly putting in any effort to overcome a challenge to serve their customers. Only serving themselves. I was able to order from my local dealer instead, and they had it in 2 days. "

"Unfortunately the Canada Post strike is getting in the way of a delivery. Other than that, this is the best place to go for Toyota parts. The dealership marks up the MSRP. As long as the part+ shipping is less than the dealership, I’ll order here. Customer service was very friendly and courteous explaining why they cant deliver at this time. The ability to pick up the part would be a bonus. "
