Your ‘Amy’ caught my error, emailed me and included a diagram that included the part I needed and provided the correct PN. After I replied she swapped out for the correct part and even refunded me a few $ and got it shipped out with minimal delay. I think most places would have just shipped the original order and left me to figure out it wasn’t going to fit and would have left me to go through the return/re-order process. "I ordered 200 in parts on one card. But the website said it didn't go through because the card address didn't match mailing address. So I tried my other card and Same thing. I didnt get any confirmation email. So I just got my dad to order it to his house. And then payed
him. I get a confirmation email and assume the other orders will be refunded. Days go by and I don't hear from toyota about my double payment troubles and didn't get refunded. So I cancel the order that seemingly did work in fear that I payed for 3 parts. I urgently need these parts but had to cancel my order. And I have 600 dollars currently in the abis. Hope to get this resolved ASAP "
