"A week from my order and my parts are not even shipped. It took 1 week for them to just confirm that they received my order.
I did so many follow up and they were promising to ship the parts “by tomorrow”. This “tomorrow” still did not come.

Parts took a few days to work their way through Canada Post's system, they went for a tour of Southern Onterrible, apparently (London--> Toronto--->Kitchener--> Here ) but otherwise, all good."
"When you factor in the shipping cost my part was actually a couple dollars more expensive than if I'd bought it right from Toyota.
No shipping time estimate was provided until they physically shipped the part.
A local Toyota parts dept said they could get the part shipped from Toyota's warehouse in Toronto in two days. It turned out to be over a week from Toyota Parts Direct, but of course I wasn't even aware of that unti three days after I placed the order. "

"I sent a note with my vin as I could not input it directly in website. I had a question on fit to vehicle and required parts. I also tried to call a day later to get in touch with a person to add a part and enquire about my order. Voice mailbox was full, so I sent another message through the ai application.
I still received no reply and my parts were shipped out without contact. In all of this my parts arrived as stated, however two of my parts were incorrect for my vehicle and this could have been subverted through proper follow up.

"I requested parts on line utilizing the year and model of each vehicle. TPD asked for each VIN number to verify the parts and it turned out I had ordered incorrect parts. This was corrected and it turns out that the parts required were cheaper than the parts originally requested. Great job TPD!"

Complete waste of time, if there was an indication it was on backorder, I could have ordered elsewhere and gotten my parts a week earlier."
