It would be nice if their catalog automatically updated from their inventory system, as many parts they show for older vehicles are actually not available or discontinued. But when that happens, they are quick to contact you to offer to cancel your order in whole or continue with what is available."

"Took 5 days after I ordered to let me know they cancelled my order due to back order and they would not have accepted my order since I did not supplied a VIN number. Those are wheel center caps, why would they refuse to sell center caps without VIN.
Found them on Amazon after from Toyota and no need to supply any VIN!"
