"I was glad to be able to order a replacement seat belt receptacle for my 2003 Sienna, for a reasonable price from Toyota Parts Direct. I used the VIN and vehicle trim information to select the correct part (size, location, colour, part number…). Unfortunately, the seat belt receptacle that I received had the wrong colour plastic outer cover, that seemed somewhat of a minor issue at the time. On the invoice/packing slip, someone had crossed off the correct part number that I selected and wrote on the part number for the different colour plastic outer cover that was sent to me. I ended up spending over two hours figuring out, taking apart and putting together both the old and new seat belt receptacles; to switch the plastic outer covers so the new part does not stand out like a sore thumb inside the vehicle. It would have been much better and easier if Toyota Parts Direct just sent out the part that I'd ordered. I find their cost of shipping this replacement part to be high; considering it is flat, fits into a small bubble padded bag, weights less than 1kg and sent from London, Ontario to Ottawa, Ontario, with regular Canada Post parcel service delivery. Overall, Toyota Parts Direct could do better. "
