No customer service at all

"No customer service at all, they want only email so i emailed saying the part that gave they me was not match, i ordered front emblem they gave me the backdoor one, and that watson guy keeps on pointing its my fault, i said i ordered the front one and send the purchase bill, and he saids again thats not the correct item, how am I suppose to know that was the one showed on your system saying its compatible for my car. Too lousy."

Why Toyota parts direct is badly managed

"So I found &ordered my needed parts &payed for them via my C card &to me that should be conFermation I want the parts ,in it self ,but oh no . there T.p.d brain trust thinksOh No thats not a good enough sign that yes you want the parts you just ordered &payed for already
So now I'm a biz guy somtimes so mybe I don't check my email say for 4-5 days
Then when I do I fiND out that T.P.D. has not shipped out my paid for parts order & why because thay are waiting for ,you me, whoever to reply to an email from them that asks if you still want your parts OMG ,thats not smart , who else douse this everone else thay ship &send email sayin it's out the door &here's your tracking # that the common practice is it not. so 5 days later I find out my parts have now been delayed 5
Day because I have not yet told them yes I want my part Again for "to me" this Needless desire For T.P.D to be told twice held up my Order Wow.So luck I don't own any shair's &if you try to just us the phone if you don't want to do all this typing say tryed phone not evey likes doing Email you know so tryed calling 3X on hold for over an hour each time &ya I need phoneU can't stay on hold forever
So never did get my call answered kid my kid was in city be them so he
so he got my parts & there for ruff same cost .So thay did that to themselves in my view then I finally did Email them to say you guessed it no thanks &refund my card so moral of this story for them should be if you already have somthing sold &payed for
Is it smart to hold thing up &my your customers tell you twice so like what sort beg for your parts So this **** customer phone service +bad management of making people tell them twice idia = a loser company
SO I myself say THAY **** don't use them

"Address for shopping was listed during purchase. I got an email saying it was ready for pickup in Ontario Depot. I live in Saskatoon! Although you did remedy the situation, it is pretty sad that this happened"

Great place to order parts if you're in Canada

"Great place to order parts if you're in Canada. Prices are super competitive and service is prompt.

The website may be clunky when searching, so just go to another site like toyota.epc-data.com to get part numbers if you need a more complete parts diagram. If you have no idea, just email them with a VIN.

Inventory is not real time, but given the service and pricing, it's worth it. It's the same even on other US Toyota sites which list actual inventory numbers. But If it's out of stock and still in production, it just takes a bit longer to order in. But if it's out of production like parts for a Supra, then you will need to go else where.

"Unlike other reviewers, my part shipped within two days of ordering, with full tracking information provided. Prompt replies to my emails about availability and order processing time. Genuine Toyota parts at 2/3 the price of my local dealer. Only complaint is that shipping costs are high. But highly recommmended."
