"I placed my parts order one week ago and it was verified, but since then I haven't received any information about my order. It hasn't shipped (as far as I know) and I can only assume that a part was backordered delaying everything. Or they forgot the whole thing but I have no idea. I'm not in a rush for the parts so I will just wait a few more days to see when (or if) I get an update before I contact them. "

"My order was shipped pretty soon after the verification were all done and I received it 3 days later. Total 5 days between placing my order and receiving it. Great! The best part being that I was sure to have the right parts for my SUV.

What really happened was that I didn't receive all my order. I didn't know about which part was going where, I started dismantling my wheel and the bearing was scraped. I looked in my order and they had forgotten to ship it even if it was charged. I contacted them and they were willing to ship it the next coming day. I needed my truck so I was lucky enough to find the missing bearing locally. They reimbursed the 2 missing bearing. So that is one point for them. Where they lose points is that they didn't ship all the order and no mention that there were missing parts in it. :-( A lot disappointed about this point. Also on my invoice it was marked that not all parts were the right fit for my vehicle!!! But when I place the order I was told that these were all the right parts. Just don't understand how comes it was then it wasn't anymore. So good stuff but double check before beginning a job that they sent your whole order."

Then I get an email telling me things are slow because of covid. Everybody excuse now for everything. Email asks me if I am serious about my order to confirm again.
Yes I am serious about the weather strips I ordered when I gave you my credit card on the purchase.
No confirmation sent to me since.
No estimated date of arrival.
No expected delivery time.
So far I have no idea if I will receive anything anytime soon.

"I had 2+1 orders (missed one important part in the 1st order). The story is about the 2nd order.
The 1st order: I inquiry all the items before putting the order, everything went smoothly.
The 2nd order: I did NOT inquiry before putting the order. Now the nightmare starts.
1st Inquiry --- wait
The status didn't change from Proccessing to Shipping after days. I inquired what happened, maybe we could adjust the order because I didn't need all the parts (only the missing one from 1st order is important to me). The reply just said the order could take longer time.
2nd inquiry --- one more week
Waited until the time passed (2.5 weeks). I inquired again: Go ahead if the order could be shipped in one week, or please cancel the order and full refund. The replied is that the part # has changed to newer one, and he could got it in 3 days and shipped the day after. (But I did put the new part # in the order).
3rd inquiry --- cancel (a month already)
When it was not shipped after 4 days. I asked to cancel the order and the reason.
The order is cancelled right away, and the replied is that the "Sealant" is in back order for 2 weeks that was not noticed. I could not adjust the order because it was cancelled, I have to put another order.
The whole month is wasted, and I hope the refund could arrive in time to cover my next order, in the credit card billing cycle.
4th inquiry --- confirm before order: no response
I listed all the parts in the 2nd order, excluding the Sealant in the in email to ask for confirmation --- no response.
3rd order
Went ahead to put the order (without the Sealant), not knowing if there is anything else would be missing. This order went smoothly as the 1st one. It's shipped, but not yet received at the time I write this feedback.
Update: package received in the afternoon. That's fast!"
