"Really at first things where ok i made a purchase for a LV lock i lost from one of my speedy's then a few weeks later i bought a croissant pm as a gift and couldn't find the date code where it was supposed so i sent it back and go a site credit to buy another one that was excellent a few other tidbits and then i got a Black Taiga Leather Slot Mens Bifold which was a fake 1.1 replica from china i was told it was real i have 67 LV pieces i know a fake when i touch one they gave me all the reasons why they felt it was real not noticing the bill separator was folded over and not stitched down this would never happen on any LV ever so i was then stuck with the site credit after a few computer generated rebuttal emails i spent the credit and will never buy from them again if their authentication staff is so easily tricked by hi end replicas this site simply can not be trusted and i would not recommend them to anyone their customer support cant help all you will get is recited company policy and that is not worth the hold time on the phone they will not help you and your just stuck at that my suggestion is to go elsewhere for gently used designer items"
"Once again I am writing as a disgruntled seller - with increasingly notable incidents of frustration. I’m so offended and disgusted by the number of wrong-doings, that I have been pushed to complain and report Tradesy publicly to the media and investors. Not only is the customer service horrendous and basically invisible, they also have little to low communication competency (for a company that has raised millions). Today, I’ve lost a deal due to the lack of seller awareness, poor communications, etc.
I’m not sure if you’re in the business to make money or anger your audience, but there is a common issue with revolving communication/customer service and decorum.
While attempting to liaise a relationship between myself and an international buyer, an inept customer service representative(s) failed to return my many attempts of contact re: request for additional pictures needed. In fact, today alone I’ve waited 20 min plus to speak with someone and have never received call backs for my “place in line”. My buyer is no longer interested in my bag because Tradesy indicated that they could not prove authenticity; thus, implying that my bag is unauthentic.
Several issues here – Tradesy is defaming my brand because of poor wording and provided little to no opportunity to provide what was requested. Why would a representative not contact me proactively and or reactively? Furthermore, your commission rates have increased and the service has decreased consistently. There is no exposure to management, and come off as thieves and unempathetic.

"I sold a product and delivered it on 11/20/17. As of today 12/6/17 I have not received my payout. I had to call customer service on 11/27/17 to request my funds be released. After they were released I requested a payout to my debit card. I had to call customer service again on 12/5/17 from them to process that payout even though it said completed on the company website. As I write this today 12/6/17 I have still not received my payment. I delivered the product to the buyer on 11/20/17. This is ridiculous!"
