"I have a closet full of items I'm looking to sell and so I decided to start with my wedding dress to see how the process worked before I started listing anything else. The dress sold and I shipped within two days after carefully packaging the dress and making sure it arrived to the buyer in the best possible condition. Well that was well over a month ago and I still haven't received payment for the gown.
The policy says that I should've received the ACH transfer within 3-7 business days, which would have been over one week ago. This prompted me to call in case I had made an error in my account number, I waited on hold for over 10 minutes before speaking to a woman who was very nice and assured me I would see the profit from the sale soon and it was an error on their end, which I appreciated the honesty. The process is just very slow and I don't think I'll be listing the rest of my items. I truly wanted to love it but unfortunately it just seems slightly unorganized. I hope I get to see the money from my wedding dress soon... hopefully buyers have a better experience."
"I purchased a watch(chronograph) for my husband for Christmas. When setting the time on the watch one of the hands got stuck and the hour hand on the dial and the 24 hour dial were no longer in sync. So I returned the faulty watch, a month later we received the exact same faulty watch back after reordering. How do you expect to have a lucrative business operating this way, what a joke!!! Will never use the site again. "

Waited on three occasions on the phone for over ten minutes....... finally made the decision to have a call back...three times left number to call back, they never called back....Very frustrated with the lack of professionalism...... Customer should always come first, and did not get that feeling."

"I have shopped on other reseller sites, and the general feeling is sort of, "At your own risk". Which after 5 purchases or so, the risk outweighs the reward. And for the most part, when contacting other reseller sites, they will simply provide you with a page from their user agreement, and that's all they can or will do. The customer service on Tradesy is what sets them apart. I have contacted them several times on a few different issues or questions, or "what to do if..." situations. I always got the friendliest, most helpful responses. And my question or issue was resolved in that ONE e-mail. No back and forth trying to argue my point - they just genuinely want to make it right. As of yesterday, I have a gorgeous red satchel, at a great price, and knowledge that Tradesy had my back. SO much better than the wild west of other resellers where it's every man for themselves. This is where I'll be shopping from now on. "

Other better apps operate 100% more efficient; buyer has 3 days to accept or claim the order, money is available to seller within those 3 days or on 3rd day, seller initiates the transfer to bank which takes 1-2 business days and BaBoom it's All Done!!!!!
You come in between holding the money for additional 7-10 days, what are you doing with that money? No don't say your processing, why are you the one processing, it should process from the bank after funds are available from the buyer to the bank, just needs 1 click from me. Why don't you call the CEO of Poshmark and ask him how to do that, looks like you don't know how to or rather you're using the money for something else.
And don't bother replying to this email if you gonna give me a generic, basic, default, by the book answer again about your processing time. One Fat Laughable Joke is your processing excuse.

"Tradesy LIES!!! I recently sold a Chanel Bag for little to nothing on Tradesy. In writing on the receipt it stated that my funds would be released 4 days after the buyer received the merchandise. Well its been over 21 days and nothing. I have requested my purse or the funds for my item. Tradesy does not leave a number for you to call on their web site, so I have been subjected to emails. After Tradesy stated my funds would be released, I still have not received them or my purse back. Tradesy started off good and then pulled a fast one over the Christmas holiday. I am very disappointed with them. "
"Seller listed item as new with tags and gave a picture of the item. I thought I was getting the item that was pictured. When item arrived, it was not as represented in picture and did not seem authentic. It also did not come with tags. My item arrived on the 2nd of January; I filled a return request January 4th (claim number: 1041113) since item was misrepresented. The email I received said that someone would contact me in 24-48 hours, no one did. I would like my money back. The item I got was not what I though I was purchasing. Now, as a busy mom, I can not file a misrepresentation claim because the 4 day limit has passed, but I did file a return request 2 days after getting the product. Can someone please look into this for me. I would like my money back."
