"I buy and sell with tradesy all the time however when I sell an item it takes way too long to get the funds. They say it should take anywhere from 3-7 business days but sometimes it takes up to 10 which translates to more like 14 after including weekends so that is a very long time when you are waiting on funds. Everytime I ever call and complain about it they always have an excuse. It's very frustrating and if they can't keep it within a guaranteed time frame, don't state it on the website! Tradesy, you should really work on this issue."

"I purchased a "Saga" fur from a seller on Tradesy. The fur was not a Saga brand. It was NOT in excellent condition - it smelled like mildew/mold. I immediately contacted the the seller but argued that fur should smell that way. She suggested that I have it cleaned and it would remove odor. I contacted the premiere fur cleaning company in Kansas City and they said there is no guarantee that it would come out. I loved the fur even though it wasn't a Saga but I could not wear something that smelled so bad without feeling embarrassed so I sent it back. The seller promised in writing that she would refund full amount paid but not return shipping. She refunded the amount paid but not the shipping. It cost me $75 in shipping for an item that was misrepresented in brand and condition. Tradesy is not a great company. Real Real is reliable. I found a true Saga in perfect condition!"

"Tradesy was recommended to me from a friend so I thought I'd give it a try. I selected a black monogram cabas YSL handbag for $2,300 USD. I paid in full and waited three full business days before receiving an email that "my order was cancelled after the seller never confirmed." I contacted the seller twice and never heard back. My time was not only wasted, but I will never use this site again. Instead, I paid extra and bought directly from YSL. Overall very poor customer experience! "
"I just think that taking 23% of the total sale is a bit ridiculous. There are to many new sites that offer a way better deal as for when it comes to selling. Tradesy is taking away money from their buyers and sellers. Sellers for example have to raise prices just to pay Tradesy Fee. Buyers have to pay more because Tradesy raises seller Fees. When does it end. Plus it takes about two weeks for you to get your money from the day your item sells. Ebay is the same day and you only pay about 12-13%. I really want to know where the money is going if there are going to take 23% out of my pocket for each and every sale. Can someone please help me understand why they keep raising there percentages? This will steer a lot of people away if they already haven't left. Good Luck Tradesy, remember you need sellers in order to keep going."
