"As a first time buyer, I purchased 3 items which I was truly pleased with 2 of the 3. Unfortunately one of the bags I purchased was clearly FAKE. I reached out to Tradesy and after several attempts to resolve the situation, I am being told that this cheaply made knock-off Gucci bag is authentic and supposedly the result of mass production where little attention is being paid to details. Well this is not what I paid for based on the information provided to buyers on the Tradesy site. I think the site promotes the sale of unauthentic merchandise which is illegal. In addition, they try to undermine your intelligence/knowledge of the Real McCoy by scamming and saying that it was authenticated by their so called Brands Team (WOW) and choosing to hold you hostage by giving you the option of keeping the fake item (like who wants to walk around with such crap on their arm) or giving you a site credit and not a refund. Tradesy needs to pay real close attention to their customer reviews. Sadly for me I didn't take a look at the reviews until after this situation. This company has poor business sense and will not last too long as it is not based on customer satisfaction/trust. Instead they scam customers with fake items. I read several reviews of other buyers with very similar situations as mine. One customer selected to just have Tradesy keep her money because she did not trust or didn't feel confident enough to make any additional purchases. I guess this is what Tradesy is banking on when confronted with these type of situations. I will never trust to make future purchases and will surely spread this experience with family, friends, co-workers and the world if possible. TRULY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!!!"
