"I placed order on noon (10am pacific time) 5/7/2016...then I send my concern about the description to seller couple hours later...but there are no feedback from seller, and my screen didn't show any shipping status until 5pm (3pm pacific time), I sent email to tradesy to cancel this order, they didn't do any thing to seller to stop the shipment...and midnight 5/8 (10pm pacific time) i received a message said the order was shipped, 2am (midnight pacific time) message from tradesy said sorry can not cancel due to order was shipped...so wait until receive it then do return process for site credit...can you believe how they trick their customer? they said I can only get store credit...then I said seller put description for bag wrong do they know? I give them the name of the bag which they have many post on their store they should know this is wrong discription. Then they said I can have a full refund for this situation due to wrong description...but I feel they are finding the way to trick customer any way , I don't trust them anymore since I read to many bad reviews about return process, they can said you do something wrong to the item....vv then refuse to refund money...finally I decide to cancel return process and keep the bag which i don't like....I don't recommended any one to shop in this website...they tried to keep your money anyway.
the bag is just a Recital clutch bag, description is Cite Mn satchel...be careful with the item they put into sell ad. that how they increase the price high then they said sell you at more than 80% off the price...dishonest seller too...try to ship as fast as she can before the day end after she read the message and think I will cancel it. Because the message said if it is not a zipper bag..."cite Mm satchel is a zipper bag, her bag is a button clutch bag name is Recital" then i want to cancel the order. I know she know the message that why try to ship the bag instead of reply my concern description and want to cancel it."

This means, if you purchase something from a seller, the seller is under no legal obligation (per our terms at any rate) to cancel an order within 10 days of the purchase date. Should you receive an item and decide to return it for something that falls under the umbrella of "Buyer's Remorse", then you would be given a Tradesy.com site credit to purchase a different item. "I never misrepresent any of my items and always describe them in detail noting fit and or flaws if applicable. A buyer recently returned an item due to fit and I clearly described the sizing and number size range in both title and description, yet the buyer was refunded. According to Tradesy's own policies, store credit is issued to buyers due to change of mind or fit issues. My item was exactly as described yet buyer was refunded for fit as if I misrepresented it. So no their policies are not fair. I might as well sell on ebay if I want to be subjected to unfair buyer policies where buyers get full refunds just for lying and claiming not as described. I thought Tradesy was different but clearly they are not!"

I emailed the returns team and they offered me to relist the item to make extra money (after I told them the product had actual human and animal hair on it). I spend a lot of money there, and all they could offer was a store credit. They spend a lot of money advertising; it looks like they should direct some attention to vetting the products they sell and training customer service. Weak."
