"I am still waiting for a response from Tradesy regarding a very disappointing transaction in the past several weeks. Rather than addressing my issue, more standardized questionaires are generated and dumped in my inbox!
Thank goodness that I am not holding my breath waiting for a personalized response to my own problems with a purchase through Tradesy!
