Products great - delivery company lacking
"The delivery company left one message to set up delivery. I returned their call five times. Not once did a human answer the phone, and I was forced to leave a message or was entirely cut off. They never returned any of my calls. Their "final mile" delivery is sorely lacking customer service. The product itself is excellent though - if you can get it delivered."
