Since we are fanatics about customer service here at TrafficSafetyStore.com, when I saw your review, I immediately dug into the details.
I see that your on-line order was placed at 2:41 in the afternoon of Monday, August 19’th. Please note that website does state that adding customization may delay the ship date by "a day or two", which is what happened in this case. 2:40 in the afternoon does not allow us enough time to get the lettering on the tubes, let them dry and still get it on the trucks leaving our facility that day. I can tell from our system, as well as the trucking company’s website that the order was picked up off our loading dock the next day, Tuesday, August 20’th.
In your case, the order was being delivered by TForce Freight, formerly UPS Freight.
I don’t see any notes in our system indicating that you spoke with any from TrafficSafetyStore.com about your delivery so I can only assume when you say “I called Monday to ask where my order was” you were speaking with an employee of the trucking company. I am very sorry that TForce mislead you about when your order was to be delivered. I know that is very frustrating.

"I ordered 75 traffic drums recently and received them within 7 days. I use flat top style drums which are featured on Traffic Safety's website. What they delivered doom style drums which in turn don't work for my company. Traffic Safety said they would not take them back due to company initials on them. Its apparent the website picture's are deceiving and not correct! I also add these drums are low value in craftsmanship. "
