Misleading information

"When I ordered the items it said order will ship same day and have by Friday. Order never shipped for a couple days and they didn't meet "

While we at Traffic Safety Store don't like excuses, I do think it would be helpful to share the details of your order.
Your order was placed at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, October 1'st with an estimated delivery date of Friday, October 4'th.
Unfortunately, the roll up sign you ordered has been in high demand recently, so the team had to make the signs for you, which they did the same day. Since the signs were not dry enough to be rolled up and shipped when the FedEx Ground truck was leaving our facility, they did not ship that day.
Contrary to what you indicated in your review, the signs did in fact ship the next day, Wednesday, October 2'nd and they delivered Monday, October 7'th.
I understand it is frustrating when orders do not arrive when you hoped they would but the site is clear that the delivery date is estimated, not guaranteed.

Disappointing - incorrect info about in stock, delayed shipping

"What was, according to the web site, in stock, was actually not. No one called me. I got an email which I don't always check if I'm not at work, and found they didn't have what I ordered. Finally got them to change the order, now everything is coming in a week late. Not satisfied at all."

As to the specifics of your experience, your order was somewhat ‘unique’. The 6’ Red Commercial Parking block is usually used for fire lanes so an order of 90 red blocks, was larger than normal. We had 24 in stock when you ordered on Friday morning 9/13/24. The sales associate who was working on your order, Ross B, wanted to know when we would have the 90 red blocks in stock before he called you. Since the plant did not get back to Ross with an update on when we have those until Monday, Ross did not call you Friday. For that, I am very sorry and we have already addressed that with the whole sales team. Our team will now reach out by telephone the same day when we get an order that exceeds what we have in stock.
With regard to the change in timing, unfortunately we did not 90 of the yellow blocks at a warehouse near you so that shipment took 5 business days to reach you.
I just tracked the shipment and see that the shipment did deliver this morning at 10:06.
Thank you again for your business and I am sorry that we did not have the 90 red blocks in stock that you ordered.

Not a good experience at all.

"Once I placed the order there was no communication about the order. The order shipped without email notification. The order shipped 7 days after it was placed and showed up in multiple shipments over two days with every box damaged. The first shipment was left in front of our Courthouse at 10:15pm hours after we were closed. Some of the custom cone lettering that were ordered with our offices names was already smudged and coming off. I only order thirty 28'cones and 2 boxes of road flares. "

It sounds like the email our system automatically sends with the shipment tracking numbers did not make it thru your email system's SPAM filter. Also, it sounds like the condition of the boxes did not meet your expectations. Damaged packages are certainly not what we aim for, especially for custom orders. I understand from Jill T. on our Customer Care Team was able to get three (3) replacement traffic cones out yesterday. As to why FedEx Ground delivered the boxes so late at night, I have no idea why the driver was still out on the roads that late at night.

With regard to the amount of time your order took to customize, I see that we received your order and the check by mail on Thursday 9/5. Your order shipped on Monday, 9/9. Is it possible that your belief that the order took 7 days to ship is due to the time your order was in transit in the US Postal Service before we received it?

Thank you again for your order. I am confident that the cones we shipped to replace the 3 that were damaged by FedEx Ground in transit will meet your approval.

Haven’t received but charged

"Haven’t received my purchase but already have been charged. Not even a delivery date yet. Will not buy from them again.

Been contacted by owner and he apologized for the delay. He looked into it and found out it was shipped out on the day of purchase. No scans were found in the UPS system. Offered a refund or reorder to be sent by FedEx. That’s the way business should be. Truly amazing.
