"I've been having an issue with my Nordic Track x22i treadmill where it stops at random times. I've worked with the NordicTrack support team over the past two years regarding this issue. I've paid for three separate technician visits, have replaced the motor, circuit board (twice), cables from plug up to console along with doing factory resets multiple times. At this point, I have now spent more time working on my NordicTrack x22i than I have spent running on it. I would ask NordicTrack support to please connect me with a manager or tech person that could help me walk through suggestions for what could be wrong and how to resolve it. No one on their team seemed to really have knowledge about how their products are built or how to work on them. As a last resort, they suggested replacing the tread belt but were completely out of stock. They recommended purchasing from Treadmill Doctor and I'm glad they did. The belt arrived and after installing it, my issues were not solved. However, I contacted Treadmill Doctor and told them about what was happening. Over the next five minutes, their team had more insight and input regarding my machine that everyone that worked at NordicTrack combined, which includes their technician. My x22i is still not working and I don't recommend purchasing this as I've had nothing but problems, but Treadmill Doctor is fantastic and did their best to take care of me and make sure I have some options on how to move forward. "
