"At about $50 cheaper than factory (for a treadmill deck) I thought I'd give it a shot. I was aware ahead of time I would have to cut out holes where the bolts would go through. When I took the old deck off I was unpleasantly surprised to see there were far more holes (some oval or odd shaped) I needed to cut out to make it work. Due to some of the holes being oval or just oddly shaped and would need to use more precise tools such as a router I decided it was not worth the hassle of potentially ruining the deck so I returned it. The deck was never put on and it was packaged back in the original box. I had to pay for shipping back (which was hundreds of dollars) and a restocking fee. In short, the product was good quality but no way worth the price/ hassle/ return policy that I dealt.

Shortly after posting this review I was credited for the return. Additionally, customer service contacted me and offered me the 20% restocking fee due to my dissatisfaction. Most companies would not have done this and I was pleasantly surprised. Going forward I will certainly look to this company again for future purchases. "

They continued to follow up and made sure i eventually received the product i ordered. "Ordered a new circuit/control board for my treadmill. It came a little later than I was expecting. I was sent a notification that a shipping label had been created which I thought meant it had been shipped. What it apparently means is “we have a label ready to stick on your order once we fill it”. That’s my only complaint. The amount of time it took to receive wouldn’t have bothered me as much if I had been notified when it actually shipped, not when a shipping label was printed.
The part was what I needed and the instructions were good. My treadmill works fine now. I would order parts from them again."
