But caveat emptor! This company wants your money and nothing else. When it comes to warranty, they will give you absolutely nothing. All they do is tell you you used the product in a wrong way (I bought sandals, the walking sole came loose on both sandals, but they said it was because of sharp rocks... so, should I just keep them in my cupboard??). Buy from a reputed company and let this poor Spanish excuse for a company where it belongs: in Spain."
"If I could give zero I would. I have been trying to speak with an agent since early April. I spent £352.99 on a tent which was delivered to the UK in November but first use was March when we took a holiday to Spain,
On pitching we discovered 3 small holes in the panels either side of the door. I have sent the information 11 times so far. After several questions and responses on the ineffectual chatbot I am told I will be contacted by email by an agent. This has never happened. They have taken my money and I am left with a defective tent.i know the complaint came 4 months after delivery but I didn’t want to pitch in the uk in the winter. I wrongly trusted that the packaged tent would be fine. More fool me!"

"This company (under several names) sends used/refurbished goods under the guise of new, meaning they do not mention on their website that its used/refurbished. This is the main cause of the endless reviews of broken items, cuts in tents (as shown on youtube video), sweat stains and so on and so forth, and the cause of horrible customer service (since they know they are scamming people, customer service is horrific). If the customer doesn't notice and uses a damaged item on an outdoor adventure, he could be seriously injured or worse. The action lawsuit probably won't stop them from continuing to do their business of buying used/damaged/returned products and selling them as new. However, it could cause them some headache in dealing with the lawsuit, which I believe will give people who were hurt by this company some sense of justice. If I see a lawsuit being started against them, I will help with any data collection needed (I was hurt by them myself, they sent me broken expensive trekking poles)."

The company sends the packages with absurd delays even if you pay for an express delivery, and in case there`s any problem with the delivery (like mine, that was simply lost by DHL) they wont give you any support. You will just wait for a refund that will never happen.

All of the customer support agents are trained to copy-paste the same statement - 'your package will be delivered soon'.
The chat support is the worst I have ever used - she disconnected the chat midway of the conversation (while I was typing) stating 'Inactivity'.

"I have had the absolute worst experience with Trekkinn and the customer service. This is a scam company!
I ordered a parcel from them in 2020 and it still hasn't arrived now in 2022...!!! I have send them dozens of messages and they kept postponing and telling me it will arrive.
Then I started sending them a message every couple of weeks, but recently I got a message telling me that the original date of purchase has been to long ago. So now I lose all rights to a refund.
I have been asking to fix this for years now and still didn't get my money back nor dit I get an apology or compensation for the struggles.
I would love to keep writing down all my frustrations, but I just hope this will be fixed one day and that no one should be in the same situation as I am!

"I had bad experiences with this shop before, but I risked again. And again it's a complete fail. The package was lost - courier has confirmed it, but for 2 weeks TrekkInn rejects to do anything about it. I lost hours talking to their support - sometimes they just close the chat and say they are not interested. Often they just ignore you.
They have forced me to call numerous places, where I am constantly being told that only the sender can start reimbursement claim. Still TrekkInn rejects to do it. They keeps giving me new numbers to call, I had to call France, UK and Germany already, but apparently the package was sent from Spain.
I lost package, I lost money. They have the package insured and they don't care. It's just disgraceful and humiliating. Once again."
