"I'm here to give an unsolicited review of the webstore trekkinn.com. I wanted to share my story in hopes that you learn from my experience.
In early April, right in the middle of the COVID craziness, I was looking for Salomon Quest 4D 3GTX boots for me and my wife online and one of the options it gave me was their site with a really good price, which were as much as 30% off other sites. Now mind you I live all the way in Waipahu, Hawaii, USA. In my excitement to order the boots, I placed it, not realizing they (the company) was ALL THE WAY IN SPAIN!!! OMG!! I didn't realized it then, but Stupid me, I thought they were stateside because all their website was in English. Only when I placed the order late at night that I realized the next morning to follow up on the order and found out about their location- Which was HALFWAY AROUND THE WORLD! And mind you, this was the time ( April 14th) when their infection, let alone deaths(!) were spiking. I wasn't about to get COVID thru the mail, either.
The situation didn't sit well with me, and I tried to cancel the order, calling American Express to report and cancel it. It was too late, as they had shipped the two boots already via PostNL. Long story short, I kept checking the order everyday online and the shipment update. Lo and behold, I finally got my items on May 1, 2020. It took two full weeks and granted, with all the chaos of COVID, delay of shipping, etc, etc., I am happy that I got my items! They were original Salomon boots and the colors that I wanted.
I order items all the time in the internet and was very, very skeptical about this company. Spain? really? I never ordered anything from Spain!! But they are legit and I give them props for being honest, timely (the COVID was out of their control), and genuine. When all this craziness about COVID19 goes away, I encourage you to try them, give them a chance. Would I order from them again? Maybe. Depends. I would look stateside first. Give Support to Americans. But don't be dismayed about this company."

"Bought an item (Polar M430 watch) and it did not function as advertised, immediately repacked the item in original packaging having worn it for less than 1 day. Requested a refund and was provided a return shipping label. Returned and heard nothing, chased then was told they had passed it to the manufacturer who is inspecting the item and they might not be able to refund me if it’s not faulty; additionally they would charge me to send it back to me! I have chased and have been told the same story that I have to wait! It has been over a month. Zero customer service, poor communication and no refund! Avoid! Do not buy from this seller.

They arrived super late, just a day before I was going to leave and the local post office said that they "tried to deliver and left a notice" but I couldn't find the notice anywhere. I had to leave NY for my trip without the poles. When I came back I called USPS and asked them to re-schedule the delivery. It's been 1 month since I ordered this and 14 days without any update from USPS. I have called USPS a few times and waited on hold for at least 40 min each time and the last 2 times I called they said they couldn't locate the package, and that someone from a different department was going to contact me. Nobody has contacted me, I have emailed Trekkinn 15 times and the say "they can't open an investigation since there is no information stating that the package is lost message at the USPS website. Now I'm left without the poles, calling USPS is exhausting and worthless and TREKKING customer service literally won't help me or care at all about my situation. I will never use this website again and I RECOMMEND YOU DON'T EITHER !!! Save yourself a headache. "

"I ordered a pair of boots 12/7/2019, took weeks to get them finally arrived on 1/4/2020 . There is a defect with them and they said I have to pay for the shipping. When they e-mailed me, the return slip there is no address to send it to. I contacted them again and they still do not get back to me. I am now over the 30 day return period and if they do get back to me I am sure I will be told I am past the return period. My credit card company is trying to contact them. "
