"Ordered a product in late November that was to be shipped by Canada Post and delivered between Dec 2-6. On Dec 15, I'm told it's in transit from the Netherlands! What happened to Canada Post? I did not contract to purchase from an overseas drop shipper where I'm likely to be charged duties. I even checked for contact info before purchasing and made sure they had a local phone number and, in no way, did I expect that the products would be shipped from Europe. Now, a month and a half after the order was placed, I have no product and no sign of any future delivery. They refuse to issue a refund and blame Covid and cross border issues. Why Covid? Why cross border? I specifically ordered a product that was being shipped by a Canadian shipper to avoid these very things. Give me my money back, you scammers!"

Delivery dates for late 2022!

"I ordered a pair of boots on the 26th November with an estimated delivery date of the first week of December. I received no update for 3 weeks before I reached out to the customer service team who were extremely unhelpful and did not seem to understand my questions. They told me the shoes would be expected in their warehouse in August 2022! Absolutely unbelievable. I have cancelled my order, will be requesting a refund and taking it further if I do not receive this with an acceptable timeframe. Horrendous company and awful customer care."

Never again

"Order placed on November 27th, 2 pairs of Adidas Terrex shoes for my kids. Both items saying ''In Stock''. On December 2nd I log in to check the order status, info for one of items says ''In transit to our dispatch center, ready for shipment on 06-12-2021''. There was no e-mail notification of delay from the seller. Today, on December 14th I log in to check the status again, info says ''In transit to our dispatch center, ready for shipment on 07-03-2022''. Again no e-mail notification on delay from the seller. They switch from ''In Stock'' to over 3 months shipping delay wihout even notifying you, not to mention they didn't bother to say they are sorry or something like that!!! "

Avoid

"Worse possible customer service. The package arrived damage as they used improper shipping package (eg. plastic envelope instead of a box). They acknowledge damage, but refuse the pay for returning the product as "damages of the original packaging do warrant claim". So I have to pay the cost for returning a fault product, in addition to the shipping cost I had to pay to get the package. Avoid at all costs"

Very bad service and Scam

"Very bad costumer service. I order a pair of merrell shoes, payed 99€ the shoes did not arrived, contacted trek inn and the answer was it was out of stock.
Since August 8 I’m waiting for the refund, always the same answer. They are reviewing the question.
So…if you buy from them, be ready to be robbed!

Dreadful to deal with

"I ordered a dog harness from them but sadly my dog deteriorated and was pts. So I didn't need the harness.

As it had still not been shipped from Spain, i asked to cancel but couldn't get anyone to do this, so it was delivered the day after she died. It was delivered within a week of ordering.

I returned the harness, part of the return is via Royal Mail - completed - and the other by DHL. Trekkin's site now says that the DHL return may take 3-4 weeks yet the delivery was one week. Funny that. So they keep your money all that time.

Would never deal with them again and would advise others to avoid this company.

Dont ever buy from this site

"I ordered some shoes from this site. They didnt ship for over a month and a half even though the listing said the items were "in stock". The items finally shipped and were in transit for another month. All the while I was contacting TrekkInn and asking what was going on. The chat portal kicked me off repeatedly after being in line for over an hour and when I was actually able to get through I was repeatedly told that "I would be getting the items next week". Finally, after seeing my items had been in transit limbo for almost a month I asked for a refund and got nothing but more excuses. I wouldn't ever order from this site again. Their customer service is terrible and clearly they do not regard shipping items in a timely fashion to be something that is important."

"I ordered a some shoes, trekinn gave a false tracking number and is uncontactable.
The order never arrived, very disappointing.
If I can take a lesson from this experience it would be to read at least some reviews for the customer services before ordering in future.
Do yourself a favour spend your money locally and a store.
Trekinn deserve many things but not your money.

"i bought a ps5 for my little brother and it did not arrive for months, i sent them so many complains and they would just replay with saying it wont arrive now, why was the date put in the website if it wont arrive? im still waiting for it.

Either hoax or the worst company on the planet.

"I would give negative amount of stars if that was an option. I strongly recommend to avoid this company and pay a little extra to be satisfied.

I ordered an article, that according to the website, and later confirmed by the customer service, was in stock.
It’s been three months now since I placed the order and paid for it, and after contacting the customer services multiple times, they are telling me for two months now that the article is in transit from their warehouse to the dispatch center. They have no idea where the product is, one is saying it is in the warehouse, other is saying it is in transit. Couple times after complaining and demanding answers, I had a message the next day that the item has reached the warehouse and is ready to be shipped in couple days. After couple days I’m getting the same update saying the item is in transit to the dispatch center. This same loop has been going on for 3 months now, and nobody is answering my questions about where is my product. I’m starting to feel the entire company is a hoax and I’m being lied to over and over again.

If you have read my review, and decided to order from somewhere else, you’re welcome and congrats! You just saved yourself from a massive disappointment. This is the worst company BY FAR that I have come across.

I have logged all interactions and updates that I have had with this company, and I will publish them on every website that manages reviews about companies like this one, just so nobody will make the mistake I made by falling for their bs. Feel free to contact me for more information, I will GLADLY share every detail of experience I obtained by dealing with them. Totally unprofessional business.

I ALSO BOUGHT THE MATCHING NORTH FACE JACKET FOR OVER 600, WHICH ARRIVED HERE RIPPED AND I WAS UNABLE TO REFUSE THE SIGNATURE AND THEY WILL NOT LET ME RETURN THE COAT.... DO NOT USE

"I ordered belay gloves on the 30th of December 2020 and was told the estimated delivery date would be between Mon. 04 Jan. and Tue. 05 Jan.
It is now the 2nd of February 2021 and the only tracking update that has been available is that 'the parcel has left the parcel center.GLS. Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, Spain'. They have updated the status 10 times with that update over January 2021. So after a month the parcel has not even left Spain.

I complained and they said this was due to new regulation with Brexit, etc. Brexit happened a month a go and on January 29th, my parcel is still in Spain.

They will not issue a refund.
It is also £8 to return a product.

Avoid using this company, customer service is poor. I have no idea when I will get a my product and they refuse the cancel and refund me.

Bordering on been a SCAM!

"Terrible company to deal with. I ordered my item severn weeks ago and still nothing. The items tracking stops in NL somewhere. I contacted them and they admitted there was a shipping issue but failed to sort this issue out. NO ITEM AND NO REFUND. Terrible customer service, I would avoid like the plague!
Like others have said, hopefully this company goes under so no one else gets robbed by them.
No item, no refund, do not trust them!
It seems they sell just enough items to seem legit but then take the money of everyone else.
