"My story and what happened to the Trekkinn team?!!!
!!!!!! Do not believe the storefront, the goods are not in stock, even if you paid for the order!!!!
Several times ordered goods in this store,everything was acceptable up to the moment. The order was made a month ago, the status changes, but everything is in the same place. Removed the lamented goods from the order, later it turned out that the product is not available, but I see this product on sale on the site, it is available until now! I chose a different, similar product, but no change. Support for the company does not help, or rather on the contrary creates some problems.
This company has ruined its reputation, and nerves customers. Who will return the time spent and nerves? terrible quality of services. Order 15558279.

"If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service. I ordered a backpack on December 7th and I still don't have it (after 40+ days). They keep sending me a link to track it that DOESN'T WORK and have told me several times, "you will have it soon". I was assured that I would have it a few days after Christmas. Today I waited 2.5 hours to talk to someone in the Chat Box. I was 55th in line. When I had about 8 people in front of me--a message popped up that they were no longer on line. Seriously? I've never seen anything like it. At this point, I just want a refund--but I'm pretty sure I'm screwed. I will NEVER order anything from them again--I hope you do the same."
"Ordered a Christmas gift on December 11 and according to the shipment tracking, it still had not left the shipping country until after Christmas! It finally arrived after one month and they sent the wrong product. They have been giving me the run around to return. They offered $20 to keep wrong product. I've got time so I requested complete refund and I want to return. It probably will not happen but will keep trying. Lesson learned. Stay away from this retailer!!!"

"Ordered a Christmas gift on Black Friday based on an anticipated delivery date of December 12 and according to the tracking it still hasn't even left the shipping country! I don't believe it was ever shipped given that no picture of the package is in the link they provided for verification. Original response was to blame Canada Customs even though it hasn't even arrived there yet? I could have purchased it elsewhere and had it in 2 days. Lessons learned. Stay away from this retailer.

"Others have experienced exactly the same issue (as seen in other negative reviews); ordered and paid for expedited delivery by 11th / 12th December. On 16th Trekkin told me they were sincerely sorry and it would ship in the next few hours. Several days later they are telling me the same lies.

"I ordered $195 boots that took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. The size was too small so I tried to return them. I sent an email and I heard back more than a week later how to file a return. I tried this and was told I was too late even though I initially reached out within the 30 days. I am now out $195 for boots I can not wear. Be very careful with this company - they offer good prices for shady and bad service. Personally I think it is better to pay a bit more and be safe. "
