"Tri-State Camera assisted me in the research and selection of my Kyocera multifunction color laser jet printer /copier/scanner. It was a super great price, it is a commercial grade printer and it was delivered expeditiously. I'm no IT guru, so I needed assistance to download and install the printer/scanner drivers because the unit was a newly manufactured series and I wasn't sure what drivers to select for my windows 10 and Windows 7 systems computers. I made one call to their service hot line. They sent an e-mail request to a technician to give me a call and within a couple of hours he did, and assisted me in detail on the installation. I gave the technician permission to take over my computer and watched what steps he took as he took them and talked through what he was doing. I am very happy with the service Tristate help get to me, and the Kyocera Ma2100cwfx unit is phenomenal. I was able to order a second paper drawer as well which snaps onto and underneath the base of the printer so I can have both letter and legal paper ready to go without having to use the bypass tray . So, I'm glad I didn't just purchase the Item from another site."
