"Saw the camera bag I wanted on their site for about 30% less than anywhere else. Ordering was simple, and I got my confirmation email right away. But a couple days went by with no shipping update. Putting my order number in their order status page showed my order, but with "no tracking information available". Day #3 I call them up to get an update, guy is like "you didn't get an email?" So he sends me one right then, I get it, and it turns out my item had shipped right away, just no notifications were sent (I checked my spam folder as well), and the status on their site never updated.
I'd give them 5 stars if they'd just modernize the ordering process."
