"I received my camera CANON 20D SLR and the packing was great. Tri-Sate called me to ask if I wanted to buy a Memory card and other items. They also let me know that my camera uses a high-speed memory card. I declined due me having some already. However, I will order from them again the shipping was free.

Cons They take long to present payment and they are only open during most days if you need to reach them. I have not tested out the camera as yet however it brand new and I will come back to do a review. I read bad reviews about them selling counterfeit items."

"Ordered canon lens and received Nikon camera kit. Called and talked to Carl and was told would have lens shipped to me by end of week. Didn’t receive tracking information in two days and called to see when lens would arrive. Told it wouldn’t ship until camera returned and sorry I was misinformed. This means it would be 10 to 12 days before receiving lens, and over one month after ordering. Asked to have my money refunded and was told not possible until camera returned. Asked to cancel my lens order as wouldn’t be available for my vacation.
I purchased this lens directly from Tristate and not using eBay as did once several months ago. Won’t be using Tristate again for any purchases."
